Policy #22: Course and Instructor Evaluation

22.1 Purpose

At the conclusion of each course, students are encouraged to provide constructive feedback through an evaluation form available in the Learning Management System (LMS). This feedback process is a vital component of CiiAT’s commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in online education. The Managing Director of Academic Services reviews all student evaluations and feedback, compiling a report that highlights key insights and areas for potential enhancement. Following this review, a meeting may be held with the course instructor to discuss the findings and collaboratively address any identified needs for improvement. This process ensures that our courses and teaching methods continually evolve to meet the highest standards of academic quality and student satisfaction.

22.2 Evaluation Procedure

  1. Students complete course evaluations in the Learning Management System (LMS) at the end of each course.
  2. The Managing Director of Academic Services reviews this feedback.
  3. A report summarizing the feedback is prepared.
  4. A copy of the report is shared with the instructor and a meeting may be held with the instructor to discuss the report and potential improvements.

Studying with CiiAT is more than just an education,

Whether it’s through our small, intimate classes, or through our friendly administrative and technical support team, we strive to provide personalized help and attention.
