The CATD Program is a rigorous and comprehensive program  that will qualify you for membership with CATA and enable you to use the title Professional Art Therapist in Canada. Nourish your creativity, hone your critical thinking, and explore both theory and practice in this program that meets the educational standards of CATA.

This program has both virtual classes (on-camera and in real-time) and in-person components.

Specialized Expressive Arts Training Program (SEAT)


40 Hours of instruction.
Winter /Spring/Fall Enrollment

The SEAT Program is a short professional development course for art therapists and clinical professionals. In this practical, experiential course, explore and apply a variety of art therapy interventions to clinical work with children, youth, adults, and dyads.

The AIC Program provides a comprehensive overview of attachment-informed art therapy and is open to students of all backgrounds. No art experience is required. Focus on dyadic work under the facilitation of Lucille Proulx, the leading pioneer in art therapy with parent-child dyads.

Therapeutic Arts Master Practitioner Program

30 Hours of instruction.
Spring/Summer/Fall Enrollment

TAMPs is an extension of the Therapeutic Arts Practitioner Program. This program offers a deeper exploration of creativity, connecting you with your unique visual intelligence while building skill in the techniques of therapeutic arts. This advanced level dives into the application of therapeutic arts related to specific topic areas.
