Tehani Burnett, MSW, RCSW, BT

Tehani Burnett is a Registered Clinical Social Worker and has worked for the BC Ministry of Children and Family Development. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Technology in Aviation Flight in 2001, and a Master of Social Work in 2004. In 2020, she graduated from the CiiAT Clinical Art Therapy Diploma Program and is currently working towards registration as an art therapist. She loves working with a variety of clients. While she has considerable experience with children and youth, her emerging focus is on relationships, attachment, vulnerability, emotional safety, and trauma.

Tehani was born in Jamaica and raised in Ontario. She has two cats and is a lifelong artist. Things really took off for her in the art department in 2014, when she began to learn to paint intuitively from people like Jesse Reno, Flora Bowley, and Kelley Rae Roberts.
