I am an art therapist in Victoria BC – located on the unceded, traditional and ancestral territories of the Lekwungen speaking people, the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations – in awe and gratitude for their historical and ongoing stewardship of these beautiful lands. And honoured to step into a commitment of learning, unlearning, and collaborative stewardship of land and community.
I LOVE THIS WORK and every minute that I am fortunate enough to do and share it. The spaces that I facilitate are inclusive – all genders, colours, orientations, binary and norm busting, queer minded and bodied folks are welcome and respected. The work that I do is rooted in embodied creative curiosity …in building an understanding of what our experiences ARE in this world… and enlisting our curiosity & creativity in building care practices for supporting ourselves in that. Learning how we can BE in this world in ways that feel good. BE in our relationships, in our communities in ways that feel supportive, curious, creative.
