To whom it may concern,

The Proulx Global Education and Community Foundation dba CiiAT - The Canadian International Institute of Art Therapy (PF/CiiAT) screening policy requires all applicants eighteen (18) years of age and older to provide a “Police Record Check.” They also require a “Vulnerable Sector Search” prior to acceptance with the Virtual Art Therapy Clinic.

The Proulx Foundation is a not-for-profit society that hosts the Virtual Art Therapy Clinic (VATC). As volunteers of a youth-serving organization, all volunteers will have some interaction with youth five (5) to seventeen (17) years of age. Post-graduate student art therapists routinely engage directly with youth, providing virtual art therapy sessions through weekly and biweekly video sessions.
